When selling your home, we do all of the standards listed above, but we have virtual tours, national corporate television advertising to draw buyers to your home, we have Realtor.com showcase listings which allows us to customize your listing online, we also have signage with "text to know" numbers, a personalized QR code and customized recorded ad for buyers to drive by and hear exactly what they need to know about the property. Did you know that it is required by law for a seller to provide a disclosure form to the buyer at the time of their first offer?
